Scouting Report

A shot heavy defenseman who would exclusively play a straight forward, up and down game. Stretch passes and long shots, regardless of the situation. A player with decent hands but a powerful shot, especially from mid-range. Decision making could be considered poor, looking off open players if it wasn't straight down the ice. An almost non existent short-game. No hesitation to dump the puck out of danger. Usually a very active defender, preferring to swipe at pucks than wait for a block or use the body. An inconsistent receiver who didn't get many targets. One of the few shot-first defensemen in later seasons. Could let forwards past him, due to an eagerness to jump up into the play.
